Community guidelines
Friends, leaderboards and challenges are coming to Potato Tracker. They should be fun for everyone, so these rules apply to everything other people can see: your display name, @handle, avatar and the challenges you send. They're part of our Terms of Use.
We've kept the community simple on purpose. There's no chat, no photos and no free text. Avatars are built only from our own potato parts, and challenges are just a dish and a number. Names and handles go through a word filter, but filters miss things, and that's where you come in.
The rules
- Keep names clean. No offensive, hateful, sexual, violent or discriminatory display names or handles.
- Be yourself. Don't pretend to be another person, a brand or Potato Tracker staff.
- No harassment. Don't bully, threaten or target anyone, including by spamming them with challenges or friend requests.
- No body or food shaming. This is a potato app, not a judge. Never mock anyone for what or how much they eat.
- Play fair. Don't tamper with the app or its servers to fake potato points or badges.
- 13 and up. You must be at least 13 to use community features.
Report or block someone
Open their profile (View potato), tap the … menu, then:
- Report tells us they broke these rules. Pick a reason and we'll take a look. They won't know who reported them.
- Block hides them from your search and leaderboards, and stops them sending you challenges or friend requests. You can unblock them at any time.
You can also email support@happyrose.io with their @handle and what happened.
What we do
We review every report within 48 hours. If something breaks the rules, depending on how serious it is, we may:
- reset the display name, handle or avatar
- remove challenges
- suspend the account for a while
- permanently close the account, for serious or repeated problems
We report threats of violence and other illegal content to the authorities. If you think we got it wrong, email support@happyrose.io and we'll take another look.
